I a space where I work with clients to help create awareness of personal behaviours, family or relationship dynamics and patterns of thinking, in order to bring about lasting change and life balance.
My intention is to create a safe space in which my clients’ story can be told free of judgement. I know the power of being a witness and I also incorporate paying attention to the role our bodies place in the healing process. This is done through mindful movement and conscious exercises and these are a vital part of each session.
I have been a Dance and Movement Therapist since 2005 and my work seeks to harmonize Body, Mind, Spirit and Emotions, and sessions comprise of reflective listening and body movements so that this cements the changes the client makes for the better. The sessions last approximately 90 minutes as together we build a trusting relationship to facilitate growth.
